Toraighyrov University held an educational and awareness-raising meeting for students as part of promoting the "Law and Order" principle. The purpose of the event was to increase the legal literacy of young people, strengthen civic responsibility, and foster a respectful attitude toward the requirements of the law.

During the meeting, students were presented with the short films "Not Bookmarks" and "Hooliganism." These works are aimed at demonstrating the consequences of offenses frequently encountered among youth, as well as explaining the importance of complying with the law.

The films show the consequences of illegal actions, the danger of dubious offers spread through social networks, and the negative impact of aggression and bullying on society. Thus, special attention was paid to the development of critical thinking in young people and the formation of a sense of responsibility in every person for their actions.

A discussion with the students took place after the screening, during which participants exchanged opinions and analyzed the films' storylines. Participants discussed various ways young people are involved in illegal activities, as well as the psychological and social consequences of such situations, emphasizing the importance of safe behavior.

In addition, the issue of legal liability was addressed at the meeting. Students were briefed on the types of liability for offenses provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and it was emphasized that compliance with the law is the basis of public order and safety.

Such meetings contribute to the formation of a legal culture among youth, strengthening respect for the law, and maintaining order and safety in society.
