A two-day training was held by psychologist and mentor Liana Shulikova for the university’s personnel reserve at Toraighyrov University.

 

The training covered such aspects as “careful” communications, management of external and internal stress.

 - Stress is the body’s natural reaction to difficult or dangerous situations.  However, chronic stress can negatively impact our physical and mental health.  But stress is an inevitable part of life, but its impact can be mitigated.  You can gain control over stress and maintain your well-being, by recognizing your triggers, choosing healthy coping methods, and not being shy about asking for help, noted Liana Shulikova.

 This training is organized by the HR service together with the talent management center to achieve professional and personal goals in the balance of all areas of life.
