The implementation of the "School - College - University - Enterprise - Silver University" project in the Pavlodar region starts this year. A corresponding agreement in ToU was signed with the Secondary General Education School named after S. Toraighyrov, Pavlodar State Technological College, and "Neftekhim LTD" company. The parties committed to enhancing cooperation in the framework of training personnel at all levels and pursue the goals of the joint program with the Pavlodar region Akimat "Strong university - strong region" Additionally, the memorandum includes early career guidance for schoolchildren, including for working professions, with the possibility of further education in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs or short-term retraining courses.

Today, to remain a competitive specialist, one needs to continuously learn, regardless of age and credentials. That is why Toraighyrov University, together with partners, is developing the "Lifelong learning" concept. Specialists receiving education within the "Lifelong learning" concept after graduating from the S. Toraighyrov Secondary School and Pavlodar Technological College will be able to get employed at "Neftekhim LTD" LLP and simultaneously continue their education at Toraighyrov University without leaving their job. Additionally, experienced employees of the company have the opportunity to undergo retraining in relevant fields within the "Silver University" program.
