Toraighyrov University recently hosted an informative meeting with a representative from "Otbasy Bank" on the program for financing young scientists.

It is noteworthy that the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces that, in order to implement the Cooperation Agreement on the financing program for young scientists for the years 2023-2027 between the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the Board of "Otbasy Bank" (using the bank's funds).

Young scientists from research organizations and universities engaged in scientific and/or scientific-technical activities, holding a degree no lower than a master's, with a research experience of at least 3 years, including participation in research projects and programs under grant or program-targeted financing, commercialization projects of the results of scientific and technical activities, and those in need of housing, can participate in the financing program.

To participate in the program, young scientists need to approach "Otbasy Bank" with documents endorsed by the heads of their respective research organizations and universities.
