Within the framework of the Erasmus+ TRIGGER project, intensive training was held at Toraighyrov University in the field of developing entrepreneurial education, supporting the employment of university graduates and developing cooperation between universities and companies.

The speakers were European partners from the University of the Côte d'Azur (Nice, France) and IDEC (Athens, Greece).

Professor Srdjan Redzepagik spoke about the role of work experience during the period of study, internships and professional practices of students in the employment of graduates. The speaker also noted the importance of developing students' entrepreneurial competencies for better employment.

Representatives of IDEC Nefeli Dimopoulou and Maria Kandila presented the ENTER.MODE model of professional practices, developed by European experts based on the Entrepreneurship Competence Framework. The speakers emphasized the special role of cooperation between universities and industry for the development of innovation and employment of graduates.

In addition, Petr Bykov, member of the board for academic affairs at ToU, noted the activities of the Career Center and shared the experience of Toraighyrov University in the field of supporting the employment of graduates.
