The HR service of Toraighyrov University held an onboarding meeting with new university employees.

HR Director Anar Zhakisheva, who moderated the meeting, presented the ToU structure and internal regulations.

 Representatives of other departments of the university made a speech in the assembly hall.

 At the seminar, topics such as regulation of job descriptions, familiarization with the goals, mission, strategy of the university, work with the educational portal, compliance with ethics and countering corruption, workplace safety as well as the role of psychological and pedagogical competencies in the university were discussed.

 For faster navigation within ToU, a video memo was presented to new colleagues.
