Format: offline (in-person) and online (hybrid)
The conference will address current issues in the chemical industry across the following sections:
1.Scientific legacy of Academician Abiken Bekturovich Bekturov and current trends in the development of chemical science
2.Chemical education: modern teaching methods, digital technologies, and research activities
3.Chemistry and environmental safety: sustainable technologies and rational use of resources
4.Fundamental and applied chemistry: modern research and discoveries
5. Modern chemical technologies and innovative solutions for industry
Following the conference, a collection of scientific articles will be published. The collection will be issued in electronic format (PDF), and participants will receive electronic certificates.

Submission deadline: November 27, 2026 (inclusive), ONLY through the website www.sci-conf.tou.edu.kz. Articles submitted AFTER THE DEADLINE or sent BY E-MAIL will NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Dear students,

Applications are now open for participation in the Academic Mobility Program for study during the spring semester of the 2026–2027 academic year at universities in the CIS countries of Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The competition is open to first, second, third-year bachelor’s students, as well as master’s students, studying under a state educational grant or on a tuition-paying basis.

Tuition fees at the host university are waived. Students are responsible for covering their travel, accommodation, meals, medical insurance and document-processing expenses.

Main selection criteria:

• strong academic performance throughout the entire period of study (a minimum GPA of 2.7);

• knowledge of a foreign language is not required.

Required documents:

1. Student application form and agreement — 2 copies.

2. Copy of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Academic transcript certified with the university seal (to be requested from the Student Service Center).

4. Medical certificate, Form No. 075, and fluorography results.

5. Four 3 × 4 cm photographs.

6. Recommendation letter from the Head of the Department and the Dean of the Faculty.

7. Parental consent letter for studying abroad.
