The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Staff Exchanges 2026 programme supports international, intersectoral, and interdisciplinary partnerships in research and innovation.

Who can apply?

·Universities and research institutions

· Companies and SMEs

· Research infrastructures

· Organisations from Europe and other countries worldwide

✔ International consortia (minimum 3 organisations from 3 different countries)
✔ Mandatory participation of both academic and non-academic sectors
✔ Participation of organisations from third countries is strongly encouraged

Who is the programme for?

· Researchers at all career stages (from PhD candidates to postdoctoral researchers);

· Administrative, technical, and managerial staff involved in R&I activities;

· Participants of any nationality.

What does the programme fund?

· Staff exchanges from 1 month up to 1 year

· Projects lasting up to 4 years

· Return of seconded staff to their sending organisation to ensure knowledge transfer

What costs are covered?

· Additional allowance for travel, accommodation, and subsistence

· Special needs allowance

· Support for research, training, and networking activities

· Project management and indirect costs

Dear Students,

 

Applications are now open for the “Academic Mobility” program for 1st–3rd year students, studying under a state educational grant or on a fee-paying basis, for studying in the fall semester of the 2026–2027 academic year at foreign universities in Europe and Southeast Asia, funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

Main selection criteria:

·  High academic performance throughout the study period;

·  Proficiency in a foreign language;

·  Positive evaluation by the Independent Expert Commission.

 

Application procedure:

Documents must be submitted in paper form through the university administration.

Submission is carried out at the International Cooperation Center (Office 115B).

 

Required documents:

1. Student application form (2 copies);

2. Questionnaire in the prescribed form;

3. Copy of the Republic of Kazakhstan passport;

4. Transcript of current academic performance (GPA not less than 3.0 out of 4.0);

5. Document confirming foreign language proficiency (one of the following):

a) International certificate - IELTS (minimum 5.5) or TOEFL (minimum 46), if available;

b) Test result at Toraighyrov University - minimum level B2.

*If an international certificate is not available, students can take an English test at the CIC (Office 115B). Applications for testing must be submitted by March 26, 2026 via email: cam@tou.edu.kz.

6. Medical certificate (form No. 072/u, for those traveling abroad);

7. Written consent from parents (if the student is under 18 at the time of departure);

8. Family composition document (for confirming large families);

9. Document confirming the absence of parents (for orphans or students without parental care);

10. Document confirming disability (if applicable);

11. Recommendation letter from the Dean and Head of Department.

The International Scientific Conference «26TH SATBAYEV READINGS»

We invite scientists, university professors and college teachers, school teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates, students and school students from grades 5 to 12 (with their scientific supervisors) and all those engaged in scientific research to participate in The International Scientific Conference «26TH SATBAYEV READINGS»

April 10, 2026

Venue: «Toraighyrov University» NJSC, Pavlodar, 64 Lomov str., MEB.

Conference format: offline.

As part of the conference, breakout sessions will be held among the following categories of attendees:

lyceums and gymnasiums, NIS and secondary school students (5-12 grade);

college and university students.

Based on the results of the breakout sessions, the winners will be selected; they will be awarded diplomas and presents, their scientific supervisors – letters of gratitude.

ATTENTION! No more than 2 (two) speakers are allowed to make 1 (one) report. REGISTRATION for participation in the breakout session is carried out on www.sci-conf.tou.edu.kz website through “Article submission” page.

Following the results of the conference, conference proceedings will be published in an electronic format (PDF), electronic certificates will be issued to the conference participants.

Paper submission deadline: UNTIL MARCH 20, 2026 inclusive ONLY on www.sci-conf.tou.edu.kz website.

Papers sent AFTER THE DEADLINE and sent by E-MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
