Members of the Department of Electrical Power Engineering perform state-funded and contractual research projects:

- Development of methods for determining the insulation parameters in the internal power supply system of mining companies (within Section 5.3 “Scientific and Technical Support of Effective Development and Management of Natural Resources in Difficult Geological Conditions”).

- Development of the theory, methods and micro-processor based tools for improving the level of electrical safety at mining companies.

- Development of methods for determining the insulation parameters in the internal power supply systems of mining companies.
