The Department of Vocational Education and Environmental Protection has modern educational laboratories and workshops, as well as a multimedia classroom and computer classes:
- laboratory of life safety and environmental protection equipped with modern equipment and devices (D-111);
- training workshop for garments processing (D-113);
- laboratory of cooking technology (D-102);
- "Processing of technogeneous waste of the industry" laboratory, B-128/1;
- multimedia classroom (D-305);
- training workshop for wood and metal processing (D-02);
- computer classrooms (D-204, D-207, D-208, D-210).
The Department has the following training and research facilities:
- interdisciplinary learning laboratory “Life Safety and Environmental Protection” (room D-111) equipped with a standard set of laboratory stands: efficiency and quality of lighting, sound absorption and sound insulation, protective earthing and neutral earthing, etc;
- training workshop for garments processing equipped with multi-function sewing machines and overlock (D-113);
- laboratory of cooking technology (D-102);
- multimedia classroom (D-305).

The Department has computer classrooms (D-204, D-207, D-208, D-210) where students acquire the skills of working:
• with modern operating systems (Windows 2000/XP);
• with AutoCAD and Autodesk Architectural Desktop computer-aided design systems for making drawings of any formant and complexity for the construction industry;
• with the ArchiCAD, 3D max system of architectural design used for creating a virtual three-dimensional model of the projected building;
• with MathCAD, MathLab software applications used for performing engineering calculations;
• with Word text processor;
• with Excel spreadsheets;
• with Access database management system.
