Participation of students in the Zhas Ghalym program with 2 projects:

1. Diseases of Crops in Kazakhstan. 2 students majoring in Agronomy are involved in performance of the project. Scientific supervisor is Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor U.Kh. Almishev.

2. Illustrated Atlas of Diseases and Pests of Trees and Shrubs in Pavlodar Region. 2 students majoring in Agronomy are involved in performance of the project. Scientific supervisor is Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor U.Kh. Almishev.

Team of students from TPPZh-402 and 404 and MShOOT-401 took the 2nd team place, while student from MShOOT-401 Zhanat Titanov took the 3rd individual place at the 4th National Academic Olympiad in 5В080200 Livestock Products Technology held at Kaz NAU in Almaty.

Altynay Arkatova, a year 2 student from MShOOT-201 took the first place at the 14th Satpayev Readings in the Animal Breeding section for undergraduate and graduate students.

Zh. Zhumakhan (Agr-202) took the first place at Satpayev Readings, U. Kozhakhmetova, F. Koksegenova took the 3rd place, while secondary school students Ye. Vazilyanov and D. Lyubimov took the first place. Supervisor: U.Kh. Almishev.

Students from BT-401 and BT-402 took an active part in the 2nd stage of the national academic competition for students which took place in Almaty (scientific supervisor: Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Zh.A. Adamzhanova).

Associate Professor Zh.A. Adamzhanova received a diploma for participation in the national academic competition in Almaty.

Students from TPP-402 took an active part in the 2nd stage of the national academic competition for students which took place in Almaty (scientific supervisor: Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor K.S. Isayeva).

Associate Professor K.S. Isayeva was awarded a 3rd degree diploma for participation in the national academic competition for students held in Almaty.

Snezhana Kassa (TPP-402) won the national competition for the best student's research project in science, engineering and humanities held by the Foundation of the First President, Leader of the Nation. Scientific supervisor of the project: Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor K.S. Isayeva.

Akmaral Temirgalina (MShOOT-301) took the 3rd place in the 14th Satpayev Readings in the Animal Breeding section for undergraduate and graduate students. Scientific supervisor: Associate Professor K.B. Omashev.

Altynay Arkatova, a 2nd year student from MShOOT-201, presented a project "Study of Productive and Biological Peculiarities of the Meat Merrinos Breed" performed under the Zhas Ghalym project and supervised by Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Associate Professor K.B. Omashev.

Students from BT-101 won the main prize in the sports competitions held as a part of the Health Day celebration on September 14, 2013.

Students from Bt-101 and Bt-102 took the first place in Zhas Ghalym project.

Students from Bt-101 and BT-102 took the second place at the Matriculation event.

Students Sh. Sayatova, A. Syzdykova, U. Tileubek took part in implementation of the project entitled “Genetically Modified Food Products” under the Zhas Ghalym project.

Students of Bt-401 and BT-402 took an active part in the second stage of the national academic competition for students in Almaty and received a certificate.

Yu. Babets from BT-402 was awarded a 2nd degree diploma for active participation in the 2nd stage of the national academic competition for students in Almaty.

Yu. Merk and Z. Ramazanolva from TPP-402 were awarded a 2nd degree diploma for active participation in the 2nd stage of the national academic competition for students in Almaty.
