History of the faculty

The Faculty of Engineering and Construction was established in 1961 and began training engineers in two specialties: Industrial and Civil Construction and Production of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Products. In 2000, it was renamed the Faculty of Architecture and Construction.

The faculty employs 1 Doctor of Sciences, 9 PhD holders, and 23 Doctors and Candidates of Sciences.

As a result of conducted research, more than 150 certificates of authorship and patents for inventions have been obtained. The faculty is currently implementing about 3 scientific and scientific-technical projects, has published more than 400 scientific articles, and 45 monographs. The faculty cooperates with companies and organizations such as ERG, Zhardem LLP, the Regional Department of Architecture and Construction, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Pavlodar, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of Pavlodar Region, BI GROUP, Alliance Project PV, The Pavlodar Railway Division, The Regional Department of  Passenger Transport and Automobile Roads, and others.
