Annual report on educational work

2023-2024 academic year

The life of students of the Department of" Performing Arts " is not limited to academic classes – many opportunities open up before them for the development of their abilities and active recreation. Students have the opportunity to join the values of universal and national culture. For this purpose, the university has more than 10 youth associations: student associations, Lavie Dobro, volunteer squad "Atameken", student theater" Murager", radio tou FM, Discussion Club "President", Youth Spirit"," youth wing", Committee for Youth Affairs" Soltustik Liga", as well as a student Philharmonic Society. Students of the department take part in all cultural events with great pleasure.

Within the framework of educational work, according to the plan, the department holds curatorial hours, thematic conversations, lectures, meetings with prominent figures in the field of culture and art.  

- On September 01, a meeting was held at the ToU site, after the general university building and a meeting for 1st year students, the teaching staff of the department held a meeting and familiarized students with the general rules, regulations and Charter of the university; advisor – Valieva M. A.;

- On September 13, the Tu Library hosted the premiere of a mono-performance by the Honored Artist of Kazakhstan, laureate of the state prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the Order of "Barys", the order of "Kurmet", professor of the Department of "Performing Arts" Sh. K. Abilov with the participation of students of the Department;

- On September 16, 1st year students took part in the citywide clean-up in the floodplain of the Usolka River;

- On September 18, students of the department took part in the fair and presentation of student organizations of the University;

- On September 22, 1st year students took part in the holding of the Health Day. Adviser Valieva M. A.;

- On September 28, the solemn ceremony" dedication to students " was held, where students of the Department Beibut Nuraim, Beibut Amanbol, Eszhan Muratbek took an active part, performed concert numbers in front of university students and teaching staff; 

- On October 5, students took part in a master class on vocal skills of the Honored Artist of Kazakhstan, professor Sh. Abilov. The master class was interesting and informative with new vocal techniques and techniques, which the teacher deals with both young talents and students. The correct vocal positions that produce a strong and beautiful sound are indicated;

- On October 11, students of the 1-4 courses of the department took part in a seminar on the topic "legal consequences: distribution and consumption of synthetic drugs" in the concert hall of the University. Juvenile inspectors and law enforcement officers held an explanatory conversation about the consequences and Prevention of offenses;

- On October 12, students of the Department, participants of the student theater at the student Philharmonic took part in the regional competition of student theaters "Moldir oner", dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Shahan Musin, and received an honorary prize;

- On October 13, as part of the implementation of the volunteer movement, 1st year students Mukhiden Dina and Kusherbayeva Raikhan took part in concert numbers in the library for Blind and visually impaired citizens, dedicated to the International " white Reed day;

- On October 14, a festive event dedicated to the" day of the White Reed "for blind and visually impaired citizens was held in the concert hall of" Shynrak " and the CDU, in which activists of the Department Assel Kabidolla and Shaimardanov Nurmukhamed took an active part;

- On October 14, students of the Department Muratbek Eszhan, Beibut Nuraim, Musayev Bauyrzhan and Beibut Amanbol performed in the Assembly Hall of the University with concert numbers "dedication to students of the foundation faculty;

- in October, a conversation and discussion was held with students on the topic:" the contribution of Professor Toraigyrov University of Pavlodar, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerbol Aitbayev to the musical and song creativity of the Irtysh region", dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the traditional performer;

-On November 3 of this year, students of the department together with the teaching staff of the department took part in the big anniversary concert of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Enbek merdirim kairatkeri", dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the traditional performer of the region Yerbol Aitbayev, which was held in the concert hall of the ISA Baizakov Regional Philharmonic;

- in December, in the toraigyrov Concert Hall of the university, students, activists of our alma mater, regular participants of all cultural and mass events of the University were awarded letters of thanks. Students of the Department of" Performing Arts " Euloeva Zamira, Eszhan Muratbek, Beibut Nurbol, Musaev Bauyrzhan received awards;

- On December 1, the Estay Palace of culture hosted the premiere of the mono-Opera, the mono-Requiem "full man, Oy tolgau, Haqim Abai", professor of my department. Students of our department, faculty of the university took part in the event, where the invited guests were creative intellectuals of the region; 

- On December 10, the head of the Department M. Popandopulo held a meeting with students before the session and explained the rules for passing the exam, the possibility of retake, etc. 

- On December 13, a concert dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the Youth House" Zhas urpak".  1st year student Kim Leonid performed instrumental compositions for students of the institution;

- On February 1, the curator of the 1st course M. Valieva edweisersky, where questions were explained about the government's resolution "on the procedure for calculating time in Kazakhstan from March 01, 2024", students ' participation in the International Conference and scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Sh.Aimanov. K. Satpayev;

On February 5, a meeting of students with the writer, Orientalist Sanzhar Kerimbay took place in the concert hall of the University. The guest presented his book" Uzbekali Zhanibekov and the cultural front". Our students asked the writer a number of questions;

               
- In February, toraigyrov University held Career Guidance work for students of grades 7-8. More than 100 students visited the University for the first time, got acquainted with the classrooms of the Department of Performing Arts and asked interesting questions;

- On February 14, adviser M. Valieva held an advisory hour on the topic: "we are different, but we are equal, we are united - in diversity on the formation of positive interethnic relations, interethnic tolerance among students;

– In honor of the celebration of the 110th anniversary of our compatriot shaken Kenzhetayevich Aimanov-Soviet, Kazakh actor, theater and film director, people's artist of the USSR, a meeting of students with the creative intelligentsia, shaken Kenzhetayevich's nephew was held at the Kosmos cultural and leisure center, and at the end of the meeting, a screening of the film "Taqiyal Angel" was held, and a screening of the feature film "Aldar Kose" was held in the concert hall of the Kazakh-Russian University of TOU.  

 
- On March 1-2, a solemn event was held in the Sports Hall of the University – the International Youth Forum, in the format of a student ethnoaul with the participation of participants from 21 cities of the Republic and 3 foreign countries, where students of the department took part in the preparation and conduct of the event;

- Flash mob dedicated to the birthday of the Soviet and Kazakh composer-singer, singer, People's artist of the Kazakh SSR Iskander Khasangaliyev with the participation of students of the Department; 

- On March 15, an international conference dedicated to the 125th anniversary of K. Satpayev was held with the participation of students Shaimardanov Nurmukhamed and Assel Kabidolla;

- Students of GR as part of the implementation of the volunteer movement of the Department.Vo-101-Asel Kabidolla, Beisen Aydin, Nuraimym Beibut, Amanbol Beibut, Kusherbayeva Raikhan, Mukhitden Dina and GR student. Vo-301 Zhumabekova Tomiris, on March 19, took part in a concert of the library for the Blind and visually impaired citizens dedicated to "Nauryz meiramy;

- On March 21, the University celebrated the vernal equinox "Nauryz meiramy" in its native walls, where students of the department took part in dance and theater performances, performed vocal and instrumental numbers;

- In April of this year, students of the EP "acting art" Eszhan Muratbek and Arystanbek Bekishev took part in the competition " the best video clip, publication in a social network dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Academician K. I. Satpayev;

- On April 4, in the concert hall of the university, students of the department took part in the event "Drug Addiction and harm of memory" ;

- On April 5, the student asset of the department took part in a meeting with the Student Ombudsman Aisha Talasova and an event dedicated to admission to the alliance of students;

- On April 5, the concert hall hosted the premiere of the play "Masi" of the student theater "Murager", starring students Eszhan Muratbek, Bauyrzhan Musayev, Tursynbay Erasyl; 

- On April 12, the grand opening of the International Conference of schoolchildren, students and young scientists took place. On the alley of prominent figures of the university, students of our department spoke with creative numbers;

- On May 16, teachers and students of the department took part in the clean-up and cleaning of the adjacent territory of the University;

 
- On May 16, students of the specialty "acting" took part in the premiere of the play at the Russian theater named after A. Chekhov;

- On May 17, a solo concert of Beisen Aydin, a student of the specialty "vocal art", was held in Ekibastuz;

- On May 13 of this year, a creative meeting with the leading actors of the Kazakh drama theater named after M. Auezov was held in the concert hall.  The meeting was interesting, the guests talked about the work of the actor, how important it is not to make a mistake in choosing their profession, and wished the students success and excellent learning;
