Persons wishing to participate in the competition must submit an application addressed to the Chairman of the Competitive Selection Committee.
The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
Identification document (original for verification);
Document on preliminary medical examination (medical certificate form 075/u);
Copies of diplomas on higher education, academic and scientific degrees, and academic titles;
Certificate on the presence or absence of records regarding criminal offenses committed by the person, issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (originals for verification); the advanced training courses must correspond to the taught subjects, and the period of completion must not exceed three years;
A list of scientific and methodological works for the last 5 years, certified by the Scientific Secretary;
Work plan (in accordance with the clause of the university development program); a template of the lecturer's work plan for 3 years is placed in the lecturer's personal cabinet, while applicants who are not university employees must register in the "Vacancies" section;
Letter of recommendation for the declared departments from the Head of Department and the Dean of the Faculty;
Information (certificate) on committing/not committing a corruption offense from the information systems of the state body exercising activities in the field of state legal statistics and special records within its competence, or via the "e-government" web portal.
Deadline for submission of documents for participation in the competition: August 10, 2026 (until 18:00).
Documents are accepted provided that the full package of documents specified above is presented: the electronic version is submitted via the website, and the hard copy is submitted to the Personnel Development Department.

Filling in data (attaching supporting documents);
Saving data;
After saving the data, taking an online test on knowledge of regulatory acts in the field of education;
The list of scientific and methodological works with full citations/prints (cover, imprint, text of the article, table of contents) is sent electronically to the Scientific Secretary via email: tou_konkurs@mail.ru.
In case of any remarks, the list will be sent back to your email electronically for correction and finalizing. In the absence of remarks, the Scientific Secretary certifies the list and sends it to the author within the specified period (until August 10, 2026, 18:00) for signing and submission to the Personnel Development Department.
Write an application addressed to the Chairman of the Competitive Selection Committee according to the template, and attach the documents.
According to clause 6.12 of the Rules for Competitive Appointment to Faculty Positions of NJSC "Toraighyrov University", approved by Protocol No. 2 dated October 26, 2020, with amendments and additions (Protocol No. 11/12 dated June 18, 2024), "The results of competitive procedures are posted on the official portal of the university https://tou.edu.kz/ru/".
According to clause 2-1 of the aforementioned Rules, "Candidates have the right to participate in the meeting of the Competitive Selection Committee online".
According to clause 7.2 of the aforementioned Rules, "Participants in the competition may appeal the Decision of the Committee within three working days from the date of publication of the competition results".
