The Talent Management Center, as part of the HR service of the non-profit joint-stock company «Toraigyrov University», carries out its activities in accordance with the general HR strategy for the development of the University's human resources potential, aimed at finding and developing talented employees, forming an internal personnel reserve, corporate training organizations, succession planning, and mentoring development.

 

The main tasks of the Talent Management Center 

- providing of additional professional education in all areas of the University's educational programs for teaching staff and University staff, specialists of higher and secondary educational institutions, enterprises and organizations, citizens of all categories;

- planning and directing the professional development of the University's teaching staff and staff to improve scientific, theoretical and methodological knowledge and professional competencies in accordance with the qualification requirements;

- planning and organization of additional types of Kazakh, Russian and foreign language education (advanced, level-based education, training in the Kaztest; IELTS, TOEFL; TestDaF, etc. programs)
