A student squad has been established on the basis of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, its main objective is to render assistance to local law enforcement authorities in the prevention of juvenile delinquency and depression of youth destructive and deviant behavior factors.

Twenty five administrative offences have been solved since September 1, 2015 owing to joint efforts of students of the University and local police inspectors.

It is necessary to note that the work of the student squad is not confined to three raids a week, it is carried out daily within the walls of the University as well, where students maintain public order and explain administrative law norms to their peers.

The head of the Southern Police Division of Pavlodar, Lieutenant Colonel Vladimir Bychkov expressed his sincere gratitude to PSU students for their fruitful work and solemnly presented Galymzhan Kabyr, Raimbek Rakhimbekov, Temirlan Akhmetov, Zhangul Silam and Albina Molgazhdarova with letters of appreciation for the most distinguished contribution to the work.

According to Temirlan Akhmetov, to help servants of justice is the duty of every citizen. “The main objective of such events is to strengthen citizens’ sense of justice and to improve their cultural and moral intelligence level as well. Every new raid of the student squad is carried out to cultivate the policy of “zero tolerance” even for minor offences in the society”, said Temirlan Akhmetov.
