This year, 15 researchers and 17 organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan were awarded the prestigious award, while for the first time scientists, universities and scientific organizations were awarded in several new nominations.
Toraighyrov University is among the leaders in publication activity among regional universities
The shortlist was based on publications that are indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection.
Thanks to access to the Web of Science and integration into the international research process, Kazakhstan has six times increased the index of its scientific research for the international scientific community, becoming a leader in the field of scientific publications among the states of the Central Asian region.
Scientists of the university are actively involved in the implementation of scientific work on grant financing by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and orders of large industrial enterprises. The results of these scientific studies are represented in publications that allowed the university to take high positions in the publication activity ranking.
