This year, creative exams for future journalists, musicians, architects and designers will be held at Toraighyrov University in remote format from July 8 to 13.

Previously, applicants familiarized themselves with video materials and recommendations for completing tasks.  The exams and consultations are held in the form of video conferencing.  The duration of each exam in some areas is * six hours *.  At the same time, the commission conducts interim monitoring of the fulfillment of individual tasks every two hours.

The results of these control sections show good preparation of applicants and allow us to hope for high results.

The head of the department “Architecture and Design” Leonid Bulyga notes that when evaluating completed tasks, artistic and compositional skills and spatial thinking are taken into account.

“Applicants take a pencil drawing of a plaster head or sketching.  During its implementation, a composition of geometric figures at the intercrossing is developed, a drawing of three projections is performed ”, L. Bulyga emphasized.

The head of the Department of Performing Arts Mikhail Popandopulo emphasizes that the future profession is creative, interesting, fascinating, but also very difficult.  “Despite the fact that the performance of a work takes only a small amount of time, the future musician-instrumentalist should be fluent in playing musical instruments and be able to clearly and expressively reveal the artistic content of the works performed: polyphony, long form, music piece, etc.”,  Mikhail Pavlovich says.

Applicants to journalism are invited to write an essay on a given topic as a creative exam.  At the same time, applicants remained at home, but all the time they had to be in the field of view of the cameras of telephones and computers in order to exclude the help of unauthorized persons.  Examiners checked the texts according to the copies sent.
