As students of PSU, Artur and Renata Shpekht came to pre-graduation practice at "Pobeda" LLP in the Shcherbakty district, where they have been living for two years.

Both were urban dwellers. Renata is from Semey, Arthur is from Pavlodar. At the university, they studied in the same group, and came to pre-graduation practice together.

“After practice, I asked if they wanted to stay. At this moment we were building a house. I said they stay, the house will be yours. On August 28, they registered marriage and immediately came for the keys”, recalls the director of "Pobeda" LLP Alexander Polyakov.

According to Artur and Renata, there is a misconception that moving to a farm deprives young people of prospects. On the contrary, specialists have the opportunity to grow professionally, go to seminars, large agricultural exhibitions.

This week Artur flies to Germany for agricultural economy workshop.

Every weekend they go the city. But staying in the village is a conscious choice of Artur and Renata, confirming the advantages of living and working in such efficient farms.
