It was recommended to the administration of educational institutions to make sure that 100 percent of students received digital signatures and learned to navigate on the portal of e-government, pavlodarnews.kz reports.

- During the monitoring in January of this year, it was found that there are 28 SSCs in colleges, but there is a small number of services provided, which is recorded in the registration logs. In many colleges, this work is conducted formally”, Nurlan Zhakhin, deputy head of the department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Pavlodar Region said.

After the monitoring, the specialists of the department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Pavlodar Region held a seminar on the topic: “Using the skills of the e-government portal egov.kz among students”.

The vice-rectors of the regional universities, representatives of the regional department of education, state corporations, deputy directors of colleges, and heads of SSC were invited to participate in the seminar.

- It is necessary to carry out such work on a systematic basis so that the student, leaving the university as a graduate, has an EDS and knows how to use the e-gov portal. In addition SSCs together with the state corporation need to analyze whether students and public service employees receive state services in electronic format and how much”, Nurlan Zhakhin noted.

In total in Pavlodar region there are 49 colleges and four universities, in which student service centers and self-service corners are created.
