The workshop “Modern TRIZ-technology for engineering creativity", organized jointly with LLP “Casting” was held at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

The main objective of the event is aimed at studying the techniques and technologies for solving inventive problems.

Head of the Academy of Instrumental Modern TRIZ Michael Orloff (Berlin, Germany), Dr. Sc. (Engineering) told about modernization of enterprises, the creation of a new culture of project thinking, the use of TRIZ tools (the theory of solving inventive problems).

“We have begun professional work on the development of the TRIZ basics training methodology. There was a direction Modern TRIZ. We give methodological rules, schemes, models and examples that allow you to train very quickly”, said M. Orloff.

He also stressed the need for its integration not only in the processes of management and social management, but also in educational processes, starting from an early age.

“Today we work where it is needed and understandable, with people who have basic professional experience. We solve the problem. It has her own structure, resources, and her decision leads to development. Today, engineers combine their professional experience with the creative tools of TRIZ, and we facilitate this opportunity through training methods”, concluded Michael Orloff.

In addition, during the meeting, those who were interested were able to ask questions and get an express advice on the currently important tasks of enterprises.

Also, the presentation of textbooks and other materials of the Academy of Modern TRIZ was organized for the guests.

Let us recall that this is not the first visit of Michael Orloff to Pavlodar region. For example, at LLP “Casting”, using TRIZ it was managed to save about three million dollars.
