Dormitory Accommodation

Online applications for dormitory accommodation are submitted through the student's personal account.

List of required documents for the application:

Identity document

Payment receipt (for 10 months)

Copy of the guardianship establishment order (for orphans)

Certificate confirming 4 or more children in the family (for students from large families)

Disability confirmation certificate in the form approved by Order No. 142-I of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1, 2014

Chest X-ray (fluorography)

Certificate from the narcological dispensary

Certificate from the psychoneurological dispensary

Documents required for check-in:

Payment receipt

Referral

Identity document (copy — 2 pcs.)

Photo 3×4 (3 pcs.)

Medical certificate (health center of Toraighyrov University, office A1-117)

Tied folder — 1 pc.

Payment is made via the Kaspi and Halyk Bank applications.

Application submission instructions:

Step 1. Log in to your Personal Account

Open the «Personal Account» section and log in using your credentials (login and password).

Step 2. Open the main menu

Click the icon with three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the screen.

Step 3. Go to the SSC section

In the menu, find and click the «SSC» tab (Student Service Center).

Step 4. Submit the application

In the SSC section, select «Dormitory Accommodation» and click «Submit Application».

Step 5. Attach documents

Specify your benefit (if applicable), select a campus, and attach all required documents.

Step 6. Confirm the application

Confirm the application. A confirmation code will be sent to your WhatsApp or email — enter it to submit.

Step 7. Status notification

You will receive a WhatsApp notification confirming your application. Track the status in your Personal Account.

Step 8. Check-in information

After review, you will receive a message with your room number, campus name, and check-in details.

Article 419. Knowingly false denunciation
1. Knowingly false denunciation on commission of criminal offence shall be punished with a fine worth up to two hundred monthly calculation indices, or with corrective labor in the same amount, or involvement in community service for a period of up to two hundred hours.
2. Knowingly false denunciation on commission of a crime – shall be punished with a fine worth up to four thousand monthly calculation indices, or with corrective labor in the same amount, or involvement in community service for a term of up to one thousand hours, or restriction of liberty for a term of up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term.
3. An action, provided by second part of this Article, linked with accusation of a person in relation of corruption, grievous or especially grave crime or committed for selfish motives — shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of three to eight years.
4. The actions, provided by second or third parts of this Article, committed in the interests of criminal group shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of five to twelve years.

Program Description:

CS: Cybersecurity-identifies threats to information security and risks of data loss, develops and implements measures to counter threats and solutions to protect against information loss; ensures the safety and confidentiality of data; participates in the development and implementation of IT solutions.

CS: Software Engineering-a specialist creates, maintains and implements software with a specified quality, within a specified time frame and within a predetermined budget.

CS: Web Development-Specialist in web programming, web application development

CS: DevOps-engineering-controls the development and administration departments, plus automates the execution of their tasks by implementing various software tools, synchronizes all the stages of creating a software product.

CS: Graphics, augmented and virtual reality - design, development, implementation and maintenance of information technologies and software products of virtual and augmented reality.

CS: Intelligent technologies-Development of intelligent systems: neural networks, recognition systems in the agricultural, service structure, telegram bots for business.

CS: Big Data and Data Analytics - a universal specialist (Data Scientist) who has knowledge in mathematics, statistics, computer science, computer science, business and economics. extract the necessary information from various sources, including information flows in real time, and analyze it for further business decision - making.

CS: Robotics and the Internet of Things - development of process automation systems based on programmable logic controllers, microprocessors, embedded distributed systems and real-time systems, robotic devices and systems, industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems.

You can choose an additional specialization (Minor) during the training (free of charge).
