Action PSU STARTUP WEEKENDS started at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

For students wishing to start a business, startup Academy of  PSU conducts business games, training on the formation and promotion of ideas.

In the role of mentors act present on protecting real entrepreneurs.

On the eve by the results of pitch presentations first winners have been named.

III place was shared by doctoral students of the Faculty of Energy Engineering Alexandra Potapenko, Alexander Antontsev and Alexander Nephtisov.

Silver won Polina Gizbreht - Faculty of Humanities and Education.

I place was won by doctoral students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Natural Sciences Zarina Sergazinova, Asel Oralova and Alia Bitkeyeva.

All finalists will become the owners of club cards of  PSU Startup Academy. The winners will go through business acceleration.

According  to Arnagul Burkut, business acceleration requires intensive development of the project as soon as possible, and allow young scientists to support projects at an early stage: finding the resources, infrastructure, expertise and information support. "After going through the acceleration of the program, participants will know their market advantages and prospects, will be able to defend their project to potential investors, to tell what investment is needed, and what results will be achieved", - assured A. Burkut.

Guided by the aim to select and run projects as much as possible, the organizers intend to hold PSU STARTUP WEEKENDS every weekend. In addition, activists of Startup Academy PSU plan to hold a forum with the involvement of local and large Kazakhstan businessmen.
