A scientific and practical conference titled "The New Constitution — An Institutional and Legal Foundation for Sustainable Development" was held in the capital. This important platform brought together representatives of domestic and foreign higher education institutions, government bodies, scientists, and legal experts to discuss the key innovations of the Constitution and their impact on the sustainable development of the country, education, and science. Nurlan Medetov, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Toraighyrov University, took part in the work of the conference.

During the session, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on issues of constitutional control and civic responsibility in the face of modern challenges, as well as the role of human capital, education, and science in the development of the state and society.

Following the conference, scientific reports and expert proposals were synthesized, and recommendations aimed at the further development of the rule of law and the expansion of scientific cooperation were adopted.
