Representatives of Toraighyrov University, including Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, International Cooperation and Digitalization, Member of the Management Board Ms. Saltanat Aubakirova, as well as Director of the International Cooperation Department Ms. Aidana Algazinova, paid a working visit to higher education institutions in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the visit, official meetings were held with the leadership of leading universities of the country. As a result, agreements were reached on the development of academic and scientific cooperation, memoranda of understanding were signed, and promising areas for joint activities were identified.

A memorandum of understanding was signed with Azerbaijan Technical University, and agreements were reached on the development of joint research as well as academic mobility of students and academic staff.

A memorandum of understanding was also signed with Baku State University, and opportunities for preparing joint scientific publications were discussed.

At Azerbaijan University of Languages, a memorandum of understanding was presented, and prospects for establishing a Kazakh Language Center at the university, as well as a Turkic Languages Center at Toraighyrov University, were discussed. Plans were also made to develop joint educational programs and double degree programs.

At Baku Slavic University, a warm meeting was held with our students studying in Azerbaijan within the framework of academic mobility.

Special attention was paid to the internationalization of education, implementation of joint educational programs, academic mobility of students and faculty, and the development of double degree programs.

This visit marked an important step in strengthening the international relations of Toraighyrov University and expanding its partnership network.
