A competition of traditions, customs, and national cuisines was organized at Toraighyrov University to celebrate the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan. The event aimed to promote the cultures of various ethnic groups in the country and strengthen friendship and mutual respect.

Teams representing every faculty of the university participated in the competition, showcasing the national costumes, traditions, arts, and cuisines of different nations. Participants did more than just perform scenes; they performed national dances and songs, creating a unique atmosphere for the guests. Each team strove to fully reveal the cultural identity of a specific nation through their performance.

Members of the Board, led by the Chairman of the Board – Rector Nurlan Medetov, attended the event and highly commended the creativity and preparation level of the students and faculty.

The jury evaluated the participants' performances, stage presence, mastery in conveying national flavors, and the presentation of dishes. The competition results were as follows:
* 1st Place — Faculty of Natural Sciences;
* 2nd Place — Faculty of Engineering;
* 3rd Place — Faculty of Architecture and Construction, and the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences.

This event not only broadened cultural horizons but also contributed to strengthening the friendship between representatives of different ethnicities. Festive events such as these, which champion unity and harmony, will undoubtedly continue in the future.
