Toraighyrov University hosted the "Open Dialogue" seminar for students. This event served as a vital platform connecting academic theory with real-world entrepreneurial experience.

During the seminar, students had the opportunity to engage directly with successful entrepreneurs from the Pavlodar region, hearing firsthand accounts of how they started their businesses, their initial challenges, and their paths to success.

Guest Speakers:
* Zairbek Abylkadyrov — Director of "BekTeam" and founder of a Jiu-Jitsu school;
* Zhadyra Makenova — Entrepreneur and founder of a national clothing brand;
* Renat Yermekbayev — Director of the "ADAL18" company.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to establish a Mentorship School at the university to support student startups!

The second session focused on practical action:
* Gulsara Kabeldinova explained state support programs, grants, and how to launch a business;
* Rustam Kabdrakhimov conducted a practical training session on the public procurement portal, teaching the intricacies of participating in tenders.

All participants were offered a free 18-hour course, and the top-performing students will be given the opportunity to build a career within the speakers' companies!
