A ceremonial event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Saule Ksembayeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, and Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, was held at Toraighyrov University.

Congratulatory speeches were delivered by the university administration, the Pavlodar Regional Organization of the Sectoral Trade Union of Education, Science, and Higher Education Workers of Kazakhstan, as well as guests from Pavlodar Pedagogical University named after A. Margulan and Innovative Eurasian University. Deans of faculties, heads of departments, and students also sincerely congratulated Saule Ksembayeva and expressed their warm wishes.

Saule Ksembayeva has devoted more than 30 years to loyal service at Toraighyrov University, making a significant contribution to the development of pedagogical science and higher education. She began her professional career as a lecturer and, over the years, honorably served as Dean of the Foundation Faculty and Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee, eventually attaining the rank of Professor of the University. Today, as Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Saule Ksembayeva effectively applies her extensive experience, leadership qualities, and managerial potential, continuing to guide the faculty toward sustainable development.

In addition, through her profound academic knowledge and extensive practical experience, Saule Ksembayeva is a highly qualified scholar and educator who has trained many generations of competent specialists. Under her supervision, doctoral students have successfully defended their dissertations, making a notable contribution to the development of education in Kazakhstan.
