A scholarships award ceremony from the “AVC” Private Charity Fund was held at Toraighyrov University. Eight students of the educational programs “Chemical Technology and Organic Substances Chemistry” and “Automation and Industrial Robotics” of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Energy became recipients of the educational scholarships.

The event was attended by the university leadership, faculty members, and representatives of “AVC Group” LLP.

Chairman of the Board – Rector Nurlan Medetov expressed gratitude to the partners for their support and emphasized that this program plays a significant role in encouraging talented youth and strengthening the connection between the academic environment and industry. The university is interested in developing cooperation by expanding the scholarship program, supporting academic teaching staff, and involving industry experts in scientific projects.

Regional Director of “AVC Group” LLP, Alikhan Abyldinov, congratulated the scholarship recipients and invited students to participate in industrial practice and internships. He also noted that the AVC Fund is considering new mechanisms to support students and university researchers have the opportunity to take part in international scientific internships.

This partnership is important for the university since it enhances students’ professional training, provides practical knowledge and direct access to the labor market, as well as opens doors to international experience and scientific-innovative projects for the academic community.
