JSC "Financial Center", which is the operator of the authorized body in the field of education, which provides monitoring and control over the observance by young specialists and doctors of philosophy (PhD) who studied on the basis of a state educational order of their duties to work out or reimburse budget expenditures in case of non–work, informs that an SMS message from the contact center "1414" with a proposal to give consent to JSC "Financial Center" (message "511") or refusal to give consent (message "512") to a student at the OVPO or NOOZ, as well as graduates of bachelor's, internship, residency, master's and doctoral studies are given the opportunity to respond within 15 minutes of the response time, after the expiration of the specified time, the message is considered irrelevant.

After sending the student to the OVPO or NOOZ, as well as graduates of bachelor's, internship, residency, master's and doctoral studies, the message "511" (consent) The contact center "1414" for the collection and processing of personal data from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, limited data will be provided to JSC "Financial Center" – the BIN or IIN of the employer, the name of the organization, the address of the employer and the periods of receipt of mandatory pension contributions. 

At the same time, other personal data of a confidential nature will not be displayed in the information of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan for JSC "Financial Center".

When sending the message "512" (failure) contact center "1414" for the collection and processing of personal data, a student studying at an OVPO or NOOZ, as well as a graduate of a bachelor's degree, internship, residency, master's and doctoral degree, it will be necessary to independently send JSC Financial Center supporting documents on the fulfillment of the obligation to work out before the expiration of a three-year or two-year period of working out.
