The third day of the open methodological seminar ended at Toraighyrov University.  The participants of the seminar devoted all their working time to work in interactive sessions.

 

At the beginning of the discussion platform, Olzhas Mamyrbaev, project manager at "BTS Education", showed in practice how the created Atlas of New Professions affects educational programs.  The speaker cited Toraighyrov University as an example, where they already have successful experience in developing educational programs.

Then the participants of the seminar began to work in groups.  As a task, they had to create an educational program using the developments made in the sessions in the previous days.  Each team made a list of the characteristics of "their" university, defined its values ​​and mission, and predicted how these criteria would be reflected in the learning outcomes.  The session participants developed programs for both specialized and multidisciplinary universities.  These were technical, humanitarian and pedagogical universities, as  well as an interplanetary research university, where the results of training are teamwork, the use of intergalactic tolerance and communication skills, solving problems of the intergalactic environment, identifying and preventing imbalances in the ecosystem.

The concert ended the working day.   It was organized for guests from all over Kazakhstan at ToU student philharmonic society.  The orchestra of Kazakh folk instruments named after R. Omarov of the regional philharmonic society named after I. Baizakov performed on the stage of the university Bayzakova.
