The foresight session was held at Toraighyrov University.  The students considered over-profile and cross-cutting competencies in the creative economy of Pavlodar region.

Foresight - "a look into the future" - this tool allows you to predict and shape the future.

The speakers were Kuanysh Dosmagulov and Iskander Sultanov, methodologists of the Department of Youth Policy and Social Affairs.

Students received practical skills in long-term forecasting and building an image of the future.

The participants were divided into three teams and defined competencies in three areas: traditional business, freelance and industry.  As a result, three main cross-professional competencies were formed in three areas: lean manufacturing, emotional intelligence, and the creation of digital products.

As a result of the session, the participants identified new niches and competencies for business.  The introduction of new educational tools, approaches, ways of thinking, cognitive skills for working with information and other methods and techniques, learning technologies should contribute to professional training.

Let us recall that the university will host a whole series of foresight sessions, which will include creating the image of a future student, discovering new opportunities in the field of education, etc.
