Academic mobility of the teaching staff and employees of the University is carried out on the basis of contracts (agreements) on cooperation with universities and research institutions.

The main method of the academic mobility organization for the teaching staff and employees of the University is sending them to partner universities and organizations for training in order to conduct research aimed at improving the quality of educational services.

Academic mobility of participants of the program is carried out on the basis of an official letter from the Head of the department and a statement from the teacher (employee) signed by the Rector.

All organizational issues related to the mobility are solved in the order set by the University.

The end of assignment report and expense report are submitted upon arrival. The following documents must be filed with the expense report: a copy of passport with the stamps confirming border crossings or a business trip certificate, travel documents, residential lease agreement and other documents evidencing expenditures made with the knowledge of the administration.
