Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation awarded the winners of the republican competition for the Foundation's student scholarship within the framework of the "ZhasSTAR" International Festival of Creative Youth.

By the decision of the commission of the competition, three students received a scholarship: Valentina Dmitrenko, a student of the Faculty of Economics and Law, Aishat Bakutova, a student of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, and Diana Sultangazinova, a student of the Faculty of Computer Science.
It should be noted that the purpose of the scholarship program is to identify active gifted youth and encourage educational, scientific, creative and socially useful activities of Kazakhstani students.  Since 2010, 879 Kazakh students have become scholarship holders of the foundation.
 - I have always believed that every work in life is rewarded.  Receiving a scholarship for me is both a reward and a reason for pride, and most importantly, an incentive for further development of work in research and social work, - says Valentina Dmitrenko, a student at the Faculty of Economics and Law.
We add that students studying both on a paid and free basis can apply for a scholarship.  Foundation scholarships are personal and are paid in addition to the generally established ones, i.e.  the contestant may be the owner of other grant and scholarship programs.
