S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University scientists participated in the national scientific and practical conference “Science & Culture. The Third Millennium Trends” which took place in the Friendship House on December 11, 2013.

On the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, S. Toraighyrov PSU held a festive event dedicated to the establishment of a primary organization of journalists of the region (a branch of the Journalists Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University hosted a seminar on Introduction and Practical Application of the World's Best Resources of Elsevier: ScienceDirect & Scopus on December 10, 2013.
