Students of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University became the prize winners of a republican review competition of graduation projects.

An annual meeting of the Educational and Methodological Association of the Republican Educational and Methodical Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural and construction and design specialties was held at the premises of Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering. In the course of the meeting, the results of the competition were summarized. 

Twenty six HEIs submitted their graduation projects for the competition, eight of them were presented by S. Toraighyrov PSU. 

According to the results, the project of Askhat Bulatuly supervised by Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Professor Kuandyk Sakanov won in the Technology of industrial and Civil Construction category relating to the Construction specialty. A second place diploma was presented to Nurbek Shyrynkhan for his project supervised by Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction Marat Kuderin. A third place diploma was given to Lyazzat Kairzhanova for the project, which was supervised by Associate Professor Zinaida Dakhno. 

Assem Tleubayeva and Anastassiya Vagner won a third place in the Buildings and Constructions Engineering category, the projects were supervised by Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction Marat Kuderin and Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Professor Larissa Gorshkova respectively. 

Yekaterina Morozova was given a third place diploma for the project relating to the Constructional Materials, Products and Constructions Production specialty, which was supervised by Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Professor Pavel Korniyenko.
