S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University and Omsk Regional Institute have concluded a collaboration agreement.

The document was signed by Rector of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University Aryn Orsariyev and Vice-rector for International Cooperation of Omsk Regional Institute Oleg Patlassov.

The agreement provides for the dual-diploma system, enhancing cooperation in such spheres as joint research activity, qualification upgrading faculties for teaching staff, students exchange, research programs and fellowships.

According to Rector of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University Aryn Orsariyev, the university has long-term experience in cooperation with the leading universities of Russia, Euope and U.S.A. «The agreement with Omsk Regional Institute opens new prospects for our university and we hope that it will be successful. Today we have agreed on the stages of cooperation in the nearest future and under this agreement we plan to hold various symposiums and provide access to libraries, research centers and laboratories”, says Aryn Amangeldiyevich.

The mission of the collaboration agreement is to develop relationships between universities and also to provide new possibilities for strengthening of close international relationships between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
