The youth are the future and the driving force of any nation. In this context, the "Constitution and Youth: An Open Dialogue" platform was organized to discuss pressing social issues, define the role of young people, and explore ways to enhance their potential.
 
 
The event was opened by Indira Oralkanova, Member of the Board for Youth Policy and Social Affairs and Vice-Rector. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of increasing the legal literacy of young people, developing their civic engagement, and fostering respect for constitutional values.
 
 
During the session, experienced speakers shared their insights. Gani Elmuratov, Candidate of Political Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences, spoke about the political culture and civic responsibility of youth in modern society. Aizhan Serikbayeva, PhD and Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences, highlighted the importance of social development and the value orientations of the younger generation.
 
 
Special attention was given to the issue of human capital. Bekzat Erlanuly addressed this topic, stating that human capital is the primary resource for national development, and developing the potential of every citizen is the key guarantee of the state's progress. According to him, education, professional development, and personal growth are among the fundamental requirements of modern society.
 
 
Furthermore, the event touched upon issues of digital development. Ksenia Kalyuzhnaya delivered a report titled "Digital Breakthrough: The Development of Artificial Intelligence and Modern Digital Infrastructure," noting that the rapid advancement of technology in the current era brings new responsibilities alongside new opportunities. She particularly emphasized the role of artificial intelligence in social life and the vital importance of digital literacy.
