A professional development course titled “Organizing Effective Managerial Activity: Practical Tools” was held at Toraighyrov University for the managerial staff of the National Security Bodies of the Border Service of the National Security Committee in Pavlodar Region.

The course program focused on developing key managerial competencies in the context of digital transformation and the implementation of human-centered public administration principles. The training content was designed in line with the strategic priorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the debureaucratization of the public sector, anti-corruption policy, digitalization, and improving the quality of interaction with citizens.

The sessions were conducted by Nurzhanat Sherimova, PhD, Associate Professor at Toraighyrov University, as well as invited experts: Gulnara Issenova, a certified project manager and professional mediator, and Perizat Amerkulova, an expert in public communications and media relations.

The participants emphasized the practice-oriented format of the course, which helped them develop applied administrative skills and improve the effectiveness of management-related decision-making.
