A discussion platform aimed at strengthening the principles of “Law and Order” was held at Toraighyrov University. The event brought together representatives of government agencies, public organizations, the professorial and teaching staff, and students.

 

 

Participants were introduced to the university’s scientific research potential, particularly publications by Scientific and Practical Center for History and Ethnography named after Y. Bekmakhanov, scientific works by Professor, Candidate of Philological Sciences Serik Yelikbayev, as well as laboratories in the field of agrotechnology. Furthermore, the winners of the national “ANTIPARACRAFT” competition presented their projects and exchanged opinions with other participants.

 

 

During the discussion session, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Public Union  “National Anti-Corruption Movement “Zhanaru””, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Academician Beibit Mamrayev emphasized that the legal literacy of young people is an important resource for reducing corruption risks.

 

 

Mazhilis Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nikolay Arsyutin noted that respect for justice and the rule of law represents a fundamental condition for social progress.

Deputy Head for Investigations at the Department of Economic Investigations under the Agency for Financial Monitoring of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar Region, Galiasqar Kassymov, announced plans to open a Financial Monitoring Office at the university to promote a culture of integrity and transparency.

 

 

In addition, Head of the Compliance Service of Toraighyrov University Zhanna Matenova and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law Yuriy Kolesnikov provided information about the measures being implemented to enhance openness and accountability at the university.

During the discussion, professors and students shared their opinions and suggestions aimed at strengthening justice, legality, and civic responsibility in society. The session stood out for its meaningful focus on developing the legal culture and legal awareness of the young generation.
