The memorandum of cooperation was signed on the university campus. The document provides for the establishment of a legal clinic at the ToU Department of Law. It is intended to become a sustainable platform that will achieve two goals simultaneously: ensure effective access to legal assistance for the public and support the professional development of ToU students and graduate students. In this way, law students at the university will gain practical skills in legal consulting.

Under the agreement, ToU will also collaborate with the regional Bar Association, the Regional Notary Chamber, the Chamber of Legal Advisors, the Chamber of Private Bailiffs, and the Institute of Forensic Expertise.
