A sports and active lifestyle festival was organized at the Toraighyrov University stadium.

The Health Day, which has already become a good tradition at the university, brought together students and staff from all faculties of ToU. Participants competed in kettlebell lifting, pull-ups, tug-of-war, football, volleyball, and other sports. Winners of the competitions were awarded prizes from sponsors, which included the sports clubs “Atilla,” “Gladiators,” and “Energy,” as well as the cafe and restaurant chain “Izmir.”

All sports enthusiasts and their supporters were treated to plov. At the end of Health Day, participants cleaned up after themselves.
