Every staff member at Toraighyrov University had the opportunity to share their vision for the university’s development.

As part of the third day of the Summer Professional Development School at Toraighyrov University, faculty-level meetings were held. Vice-rectors for Academic Affairs Renat Nurgozhin, for Research and Commercialization of Studies Nurlan Erzhanov, and for Youth Policy, Social, and Administrative Affairs Ertargyn Shakhman met with representatives from each of the eight departments. The teaching staff, as key participants in the educational process, had the chance to ask questions in a free-microphone format and work together to find solutions.

In the second half of the day, the Faculty Council discussed current issues and tasks facing the staff at the start of the academic year. University employees reviewed the methodological support and preparation of educational programs and emphasized adherence to workplace safety regulations.

All ideas and suggestions from Toraighyrov University staff will be implemented in practice.
