Representatives of the Pavlodar Regional Migration Police visited Toraighyrov University.

The guests included Kanat Sartov, Head of the Migration Police Department of the Regional Police, Senior Special Assignment Inspector Almira Khairullina, and Inspector Beybit Konysbek. They reminded students about the regulations for foreign citizens staying in Kazakhstan, including registration and visa renewal procedures, as well as liability for violating migration laws. Special attention during the meeting was given to ensuring the safety of foreign nationals.

Rector of ToU, Nurlan Medetov, emphasized the importance of close cooperation between the university and the migration police. Currently, the university expects around 190 students from Germany, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, and the Russian Federation to enroll. The parties agreed to hold special sessions for foreign students to thoroughly explain the rules of stay and registration in Kazakhstan.
