The sessions were conducted by certified business trainer Diaz Shomanov, who has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector.

The training lasted for two days. Its participants included DBA doctoral students, as well as staff and heads of the university’s structural units. Participants studied the “recipe” for leadership, team management skills, and analyzed various cases.

In addition, the training involved identifying management roles and styles using the PAEI model. This system was developed by Dr. Ichak Adizes, who specializes in improving management effectiveness. The topic became popular in the 1970s but remains relevant worldwide.
