At Toraighyrov University, the Adviser to the Head of State met with representatives of higher education institutions of the Pavlodar region.

The meeting with Malik Otarbayev took place in the university’s assembly hall. The dialogue with the academic community focused on how regions can influence the development of the country as a whole. The Presidential Adviser elaborated on the key points of the Head of State’s address delivered at the IV meeting of the National Kurultai held in the spring of this year. The discussion covered issues of social infrastructure, workforce training, and strengthening unity in Kazakhstani society.

Representatives of universities and students shared their views on the future of the higher education system and the republic. Malik Otarbayev called on residents of Pavlodar to show greater civic engagement in order to contribute to the development of Kazakhstan.
