The “Ұлттық құрылтай” was held at Toraighyrov University.

Together with the Department of Information and Social Development of Pavlodar Region, Toraighyrov University hosted a roundtable on “National Kurultai – Promoting Constructive Values through State–NGO Partnership.”

The meeting addressed key issues of state-building and socio-political development in the context of President K.-Zh. Tokayev’s speech at the IV National Kurultai in Burabay.

Participants of the roundtable included representatives of government bodies, prominent university scholars, public figures, and leaders of youth organizations.

A wide range of issues was discussed, including the formation of a national idea, models of state governance, relations between the state and NGOs, fostering civic responsibility among youth, and more.

It is worth noting that the National Kurultai serves as a platform for dialogue between the government and society. Initiatives related to strengthening national identity, economic development, social justice, and improving citizens’ quality of life are discussed there. It acts as a unifying mechanism where ideas aimed at building a Fair Kazakhstan are voiced.
