The first regional center for the recognition of professional qualifications was presented in Pavlodar. As part of the Year of Working Professions, the initiative to establish the center was implemented by the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs. The center will operate on the basis of LLP “SOLID GROUP” and cover five specialties, enabling IT specialists with practical skills to confirm their competencies, obtain certification, and secure employment. Director of the Center for Continuing Education “Extension” at Toraighyrov University, Pyotr Bykov, noted that the university also places strong emphasis on the recognition of students’ qualifications within its educational programs, without waiting until the completion of their studies.

“We want students to be able to confirm their qualifications already during their studies, obtain a certificate, and have the opportunity to work while still enrolled,” noted Pyotr Bykov. During the meeting, it was highlighted that LLP “SOLID GROUP” has been operating in the IT market for more than 15 years. The company has undergone accreditation and has been included in the register of accredited centers for the recognition of professional qualifications for programmers. “We will carry this out in five areas: computer programming technician, software developer, back-end developer, front-end developer, and full-stack developer. All procedures will be conducted in person at our center, which is equipped with all the necessary technology. The process of recognizing professional qualifications will include two stages: theoretical testing and practical tasks,” explained the Executive Director of LLP “SOLID GROUP.” In addition, the company plans to create an online platform in the future so that this service will be accessible to residents across Kazakhstan.
