A foreign delegation visited Toraighyrov University. 

Dr. ZEHOURI Paul-Arnaud Bertin, professor of law at the University of Cocody-Abidjan, consultant on the strategy of inheritance law in France (Paris), director of NGO “Observatory of Development, Friendship and Prosperity of Côte d'Ivoire” came to Pavlodar. Together with Aryn Orsariev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University, he visited ToU. The guests were told about how the educational process at the university is conducted today, were shown the archeological museum and laboratories of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

They also visited the enterprises “UPNK-PV” and “Neftekhim LTD”. During the visit the parties discussed cooperation in scientific and industrial spheres.
