An international seminar-meeting dedicated to the development of youth policy was held at Toraighyrov University.

 More than two hundred representatives of Kazakhstani  universities , as well as from near and far abroad countries, gathered at plenary sessions with leading experts in the field of higher education and youth policy, including representatives of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

 Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of  Science and Higher  Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akerke Abylaikhan noted that today more than 600 thousand young people are studying in higher institutions of Kazakhstan.  These are conscious young people who want to get an education.  The speaker also noted that the task of education is the socialization of youth.  Today, there are all opportunities for personal and professional development.

 - Today, an international seminar-meeting dedicated to youth policy issues started at Toraighyrov University.  Both in our country and abroad, qualified and talented young people are needed.  They will have a hand in the development of their native region and the entire country.  To  achieve this, along with participation in the Bologna process, Kazakhstan is active in creating a unified Central Asian educational space,” noted the rector of the university, Yerkin Sadykov.

 The dialogue platform has an international status - its guests were representatives of Anhalt University from Germany, the Czech University of Life Sciences and  Baku State University from Azerbaijan.

 In addition, a memorandum was signed between the Republican student movement “Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan” and Toraighyrov University, in which the rector of the university Yerkin Sadykov and the chairman of the Republican Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan Ulan Nauken took part.

 A presentation of the cultural and educational project “Ethno-auyl” was held, within the framework of which the acting, creative and sports achievements of the youth of Pavlodar region were demonstrated.
